any ways to make my cheekbones higher set?

depends? i think circumstances matter
you can get fillers, implants, fat grafts
what huntereyon said is true apparently some people can get higher set cheekbones from palate expanders
 
Implants. Just get them set higher up which I'm pretty sure every surgeon already does

depends on how you position them
besides dont worry too hard over that stuff some people have low set and look good like johnny depp
 
There’s some zygo surgery idk what it’s called though
