Anybody have any experience raising mongolian cattle?

I recently bought a herd of 5 producing mongolian cattle from a nomad farmer in the steppes when I was in datong on business. Got them in hopes I could get some good raw milk that the steppe nomads drank to become true khanlites, but I don't have any experience in raising livestock. They're arriving via ship on thursday & I've prepared a few KM3 of grazing land but I cbf to find a cattle specialist who knows how to raise these things in a giant pasture without industrial production milking tech, especialy considering the pasture is in melbourne for the climate but I'm in new south wales.
