I guess I’ve developed it after a while of being in these spaces. It rly is a bitch. You can achieve your goal looks and still continue to want more. It’s never enough the only way to describe it is you just don’t see what others see. I guess it’s rly easy to get in these spaces since it makes you so critical of your looks.
 
BDD is a bitch. These spaces have you comparing the spacing between your eyes and shit. There's no real way to get better unless you reduce your usage of sites like these.

You should think about it, especially if it's effecting your mental health. I used to browse these sites for hours. It was only until I got my BDD under control and I felt more comfortable who I was appearance wise (such as accepting the things that are not realistic for me to change), that's when I came back. You can do it but you 100% have to leave first before you can get to the point of coming back.

True I’ve been in these spaces for around 2.5 years now I became better looking but there’s no point in it if you can’t appreciate it tbh
