i’ve been weighing and tracking every bit of food that goes into my mouth since last august, it makes me feel comfortable and safe ig
if i don’t i freak out and think ab what was untracked all day. even on vacation i had to bring my food scale
 
I've never tracked food, and never will.

If you're hungry -> Eat food
If you're not hungry -> Don't eat food

If you think you eat too much sugar -> Cut down on sugar
If you think you eat too many carbs -> Cut down on carbs

You get the picture.
