Anyone on here have any experience with teeth whitening?

Thinking of either getting my teeth whitened professionally done at the dentist of getting crest whitening strips professional effects luxe 3D white instead?

Not sure which would be the best one to choose of the two?

Then thinking of getting the oral-b Pro 3 electric toothbrush and just buy different heads for it considering electric is better.

For toothpaste then use senodyne pronamel toothpaste to use pre-treatment and post-treatment, which I'm assuming is the best toothpaste you can get to use on a daily basis after teeth whitening.

Any advice, suggestions, how to keep my teeth as safe and healthy as possible after treatment, maintaining results etc?

i think if you're actually consistent with at home teeth whitening it genuinely works

professional whitening works better, but crest whitening strips had great results for my friends. I couldn't keep them on for more than 3 minutes cause they started to burn. Think you should try the strips and if it doesn't work for you get it done professionally.

Use a behind the counter toothpaste

Eat chewy food or semi cooked/ raw meat

Use a straw for tea and soda

Dont use shitty commercial teeth whitening paste

Also when I do get my teeth whitened I'm more than happy to post up my results.

Just want opinions, advice, information etc first to make sure I'm making the right choice and to keep my teeth as healthy as possible while whitening them.

1/ Fluor toothpaste only, especially with 2 types of fluor so you avoid cavities

2/ The weaker whitening strips you can find so you don't end-up with sensitivity

per toothpaste tube ?

which one please

i cant ask for things what ur opinion on marvis whitening toothpaste
If you dont ask you dont get
Stop using me as a dentist cus I dont know that brand

which one please
None, no one has peroxide hydrogen. Is it banned in your country ? Mine came from USA
naymar said to buy it but i was buying marvis whitening toothpaste because the angel girl said so but now i may change my mind
My lil brother this stinky nibba has the same toothpaste and HE DOESN'T HAVE WHITE TEETH

Just buy the affordable one with 2 types of fluor. Whitening toothpaste is a scam

honestly i use at home whitening kits, they work. not like the UV shit just whitening strips. a lot of it is genetics, but always use a straw with sugar drinks (avoid them in general). don’t drink dark liquor or red wine, eat healthy, drink water. FLOSS. most important thing, so many people don’t floss plz do daily. life changer!!!! helps so much xx

Clean your teeth and don't eat like shit

It's simple, but it'll get it done

Coconut oil for oil pulling

Hydrogen peroxide strips, around 10% will gradually clean them

Stop consuming foods that would stain them in the first place

White teeth are bad. They'll look like everyone else's stupid perfectly straight white teeth. Whitening makes em weak as piss and prone to cavities as well. And here's something else that people don't think about. If you have unnaturally straight and white teeth you're more likely to get robbed when travelling in a 3rd world country.

I like mine chipped, crooked and stained. I'd recommend drinking a lot of coffee/tea, rinsing your mouth out with red wine after brushing, smoking cigarettes, and chewing betel nut if you live in south East Asia.

Those are mine, of which I'm very proud.
