I drink 4L of fluids a day, 200-250mg caffeine and eat whole foods but i still barely manage to stay at mainteance cals, feels so annoying I literally need to resctrict myself every single day and it feels like im cutting, would easily eat 4-5k cals everyday if i didnt try very hard not to overeat, might do low dose ozempic atp this feels like hell on earth.

i spend 3k cals a day through sport, 4 days a week. kinda hard to overeat at this point. my advice would be for you to move more
i wish. what sport do u do???

vball not doing that much for me and i feel like eating even more after practice or tournaments

something niche that worked for me is taking my adhd meds that suppressed my appetite and all u needa do to get it prescribed is go to a psychiatrist and maybe exaggerate symptoms

smt else that works well for me is intermittent fasting. i eat dinner at 7 pm and dont eat until 1 pm the next day, and every hour i keep up my fast i feel like im going thru checkpoints

last thing is maybe you feel like you're bored? last summer i dropped 10 pounds when i was doing an internship because i was so damn busy and literally didn't think about eating, so i only ate when i actually felt hungry. summer before that i dropped 20 pounds because i went for 3 hour hikes every single day. i mean DAILY alr. i lost so much muscle mass tho so if ur trying to keep muscle maybe dont.

What adhd meds are u taking? I cant be arsed to get it prescribed so i will prolly get it ilegally, i mean i tried intermittent fasting but i still feel like im a starving child a few hours before breaking my fast. I doubt that its cuz im bored, I literally feel physically unwell when I wake up because of the hunger, kinda counter it with a coffee and a small snack but its like i havent ate anything in 5 days. Tho I will be pretty active this summer so I hope sun hormones vitamins or some magical shit regulates this hell on earth experience.
