In small quantities applied to only the temples it really wont impact you that systematically much to the point you have high e symptoms. Topical estrogen is mostly meant for local absorption and its systematic absorption is quite low.

Im on the strongest topical retinoid (tazarotene 0.1) and ive never had a side effect maybe aside from some pimples on the first weeks
