Anyone know how to make my bideltoid more wide?

I seen too many comments on tiktok about their 22 + inch bideltoid at 6'0 or something like that, like there's no way everyone just have that broad of shoulders shit actually gets me mad
sorry manlet

if you’re not born with 20in bidelts untrained its over

I m like 23inch bideltoid but somehow i don't look that big I wish it was 25inch
Even if Whitepill will not agree with that

You should start swimming and do olympic lifting at the youngest age possible.

IMO shoulders rotations increases width over time, due to high repetitions of swimming, and the intense stretches on the shoulders blades like scapulas, the clavicles and the tendons around the teres mjor/minor (coracoacromial and coracoclavicular ligaments) and mid low trapezius from the olympic liftings

When i said olympic lifting, i talk about Snatch grip high pulls, which a better version of the "reeves shrugs", and classic snatch, clean and jerk, Lu raises etc ...

And then focusing on shoulders hypertrophy while reducing upper traps work so any kind of lateral raises, rear lateral raises, shoulder presses, upright rows, pullovers etc

MAYBE you're genetically limited by your acromion bones but even on that subject physiotherapists say we aren't limited but i've big doubts especially with the rotator cuffs
