I currently have covid, I've been to doctors who didn't give me any meds to take and I have high temperature so if anyone could recommend some meds I'd appreciate it a lot

Rest(ideally at home + sleep as a rest is 10x laying in bed as a rest. So try to sleep) + no stress + enough water and food
