If you want to find a job then go Java, Go, JavaScript (NodeJS) route, most companies use them for a backend

Python is used more for Machine Learning and automation scripts


C/C++ are rarely used for a backend nowadays especially when we have Rust for performance sensitive applications

Also look into BaaS (Backend as a service) soultion like SupaBase, FireBase etc
