Imo morph would be better. Take a long straight object and a ruler/measuring tape. Put the straight object against your nose and chin (like the e-plane). You won’t be able to do it properly because your mouth would touch it. Try slowly moving it away from your chin/mouth while keeping it intact with your nose (make sure to not press it cuz itll distort the measurement). Do it untill you touch your nose but not your mouth. Now, measure the distance between the straight objecr and the chin. That’s the minimum advancement that youll need to reach the e-plane
