Anything I say past 2 am is not me

I enjoy having actual free time and literally everyone else is asleep but the tradeoff is I get extremely lonely and sad.

Not sure why but as a precaution anything I say now is not a good reflection of my character.

(Im trying to deflect and not be accountable for my own actions)

I get that same feeling I feel truly free in the night, no one telling me what to do. I would say its not worth staying up late really often Id say staying up 2-3 times a week would be healthy compared to every night but that's me
