Someone got on sleeping meds because he’s traumatized since his dad committed suicide. He told me I should exaggerate about my insomnia when I speak to a doctor since they’re anal about giving out sleeping medication but I didn’t even exaggerate. Turns out we have the same sleeping medication even though we have different doctors in different cities. I asked him how much his doctor prescribed him and he’s on 5mg while I’m on 10mg. Just frickin lol @ me.

Yes - it’s affected my cognitive abilities (speaking, thinking, memory). People often accuse me of lying because apparently I said X or Y in the past but I genuinely forgot that I did. I also say X even though I want to say Y. My mind works quicker than my tongue and often I change what I want to say, both IRL and online so often I don’t make sense because I want to phrase things differently.
