Should I take Aqualyx at 14? I’m thinking about it and don’t tell me to debloat cause all my face fat is from genetics
Also, I don’t trust myself at all doing aqualyx and the doctor ofc is not gonna do the procedure for me so what should I do since I’m too much of a pussy

definitely not imo, wait until you're over 18 at least. it might be baby fat and you might lose it as you grow up
then when you're in your 20s you'll have a hollow uncanny face and you'll look older than u are

Aqualyx at 14 is probably not the best idea, you'll probably end up with scarring if you dont do it right or nerve damage in the worst case scenario, instead try a mild perscription diuretic like hydrochlorothiazide to get rid of all that water in your face, I know you mentioned not to tell you to "Debloat" but trust me, its more effective than you think and there really isnt much else you can do at the moment (All of this only applies if you're already lean)

im skinny fat and im not sure what to do: a keto diet, just a potassium surplus, or take diuretics
