Lipovela vs Aqualyx?

Looking for some real experiences with Lipovela vs Aqualyx.

How do they compare with results, swelling, downtime, and overall effectiveness for facial fat dissolving?

Also curious if anyone has ordered either of these from Indiamart. Is the quality consistent, or is it too risky?

Last question - for the procedure itself, do most people prefer topical lidocaine (cream/numbing cream) or injectable lidocaine? Which one actually makes the injections more tolerable?

Lipo vela way less known but swelling takes less time to go away and it does have some skin tightened effects and obv injectable lido will have a better effect and im pretty sure both can be injected together idk i’d say aqualyx js be safe but from india mart idk bro they could sell u some bs
