Aqualyx/lipolab for nose?

I want to shrink the tip of my nose. Has anyone tried lipolab or aqulayx there and gotten good results? I know there’s not much fat there but it would still maybe give minimal results. I haven’t really heard of anyones experience with injecting in the nose
