any injection will cause inflammation to a certain degree, I have little bumps on my thigh because of the insulin I inject frequently. But generally with fat dissolvers the inflammation is mild and can be reduced with a mild oral NSAID and a topical one like diclofenac.

It’s very risky on the ramus mostly since major arteries are localized in that area. Generally chin and cheeks is way more easier especially with a insulin needle.
