black people say it to rid the word of negative connotation since when a black person says it to another black person its a word of endearment and is exchangable with brother.

But when white people say it that negative connotation is mostly a given since back then only white people called blacks n****r

Its an extremely offensive racial slur against black people. and has a long history of being used to dehumanize and discriminate against Black people so how about they let that word die rather than popularizing it. But either way i dont give a shit you asked my opinion so if they want to fight against themselves they can do that idc
