21" bidelt with 2:1 shoulder to waist is ofc top tier for regular people. 21" bidelt is pretty good for people 6' and below, especially if untrained but still good if trained 🤔 maybe I'm just coping tho lol

well , im like sorta trained , but most of it is bone . ive never been on a bulk cause im scared of gaining fat
should i work on it to get it to 22 / 23 or does it stop mattering at this point and it is better to focus on face ?

Well depends how much you wanna train. Getting to 23 would be impressive but to get there lean you'd have to put in a lot of work which i personally wouldn't do but up to you 🤔 diminishing returns ofc and idek if you'd be able to get there

10 is kinda low but up to you. Id chill at 12-15% but clothes is good too if you're happy with your physique another aspect that you can maxx

It’s not optimal if you’re under 6foot it’ll make you look more manlet

I think wide shoulders are good on short guys and taller guys but ofc the same measurement is gonna be bigger, relatively, on a shorter guy which is why I said it's especially good on someone shorter.

would literally be a twin if you have adhd , energy drink addiction and love music before 2000s too
I am not diagnosed with any condition, I do like energy drinks ofc but I love many types of music. I have a pretty varied and broad music taste 👍 (mostly 2k and after tho lol)

a 21 inch bidelt is about 1 standard deviation above the norm for a male, so pretty good, nothing to write home about tho
