Are amphetamines inevitably going to tank your looks?

Does anyone know if the damage stimulants like ADHD medication (vvyanse, adderall, dexedrine etc) do to your looks is avoidable as long you don't abuse it? Or will you inevitably have bad skin, tooth decay, muscle atrophy and other stuff even if you take everything correctly and work out, care for your skin etc?

adderall does barely nothing

if you still care , just try like other natural methods like being a christian , drinking more water , working out and etc
