Tbh, looksmaxxing hands is not that complicated. Clean hands, aesthetic "almond" nails, everything else add minimal value (nails polish, rings, watch, bracelets) but avoid piercings and tattoos. Hands are sexy only with the facecard as always

With any piercing, the hole (even if healed) will still be somewhat visible afterwards for a very long time. That's under the assumption you somehow avoided scarring of some kind.
