I heard multiple people saying you should just chew on hard foods and that they give you jaw problems but i have seen the ones from Jawliner which are specially designed to not f*ck up your jaw. What do y‘all think? Cope or Method?
Try it out. I don't understand how it would not mess up your jaw though? Do research, but sure, you can try it.
The whole jaw training thing is mostly cope though. Training the masseter muscle won't do a whole lot to improve the overall appearance of the jawline. Overtraining can lead to pain and even TMJ though, be careful. If this post helped you, please consider clicking on the checkmark next to this post.
