Are my body proportions ok?

I mostly care about face, but I am curious.
In the last few years I have tried to gain weight, then I lost it. I have tried again to gain but I feel very sick so I will probably take a break and lose it.
Btw in the pics with the green short top we are before taking those pics and I was on my period too so forgive my bloating but I just don t have lots of pics the higher weight.
 
Skeletal structure seems average
 
You have a nice waist n shoulders to hips ratio but you should put on some weight
In some pics I have weight on, but it is so hard to keep it. Like i feel sick.
Also with years the lower body weight will help my face to be more defined I think so I don t fully complain.

First, you have a physique that most women would kill to have, because you're extremely lean, without having any issues like voluntatary restricting your diet or whatever ?

Tbh a body recomp/lean bulk wouldn't hurt, with a small caloric surplus, mainly with protein but if you're a good cook you can do your own meal prep to make it "sweeter" since you like sugar or sweeteners
You have an ideal hip ratio and not big ass large shoulders so you can focus on lower body movements and then hitting the upper body without ruining your aesthetic

And if you're affraid to "bloat" during a lean bulk, most women have sharper features when they add some cardio alongside their weighlifting journey, and potassium chloride as a salt substitute. Sugar can cause bloating too, so carbs should comes from honey, fruits, whole grain, and then adding sweeteners
Women's periods and hormonal changes can impact bloating too, so don't hesitate to supplement Vitamin D, Omega 3, and eating foods who boosts gut microbiota
 
In what way I look better
The tan, light hair (u look so good in slide 3 tho), and the cleaned up eye brows make u look so much better

bro don't push yourself it's fine, no one is judging you. you look great. if your body is sick it's a sign. listen to your body.
don't get an ed, it'll be detremental to the way you look. just exercise and eat healthy with what feels right to ur body

great advice, always put your health at #1

it's probably because your doing it too rapidly you should go on a slow bulk, monitor your blood aswell to see what's going on, see a doctor
