Are my eyes too far apart?

just measure your ESR by diving the width of your interpupillary distance by the width of your zygos

the ideal is 0,45-0,47, If its less than 0,45 your eyes are wide set and If its more than 0,47 your eyes are close set. If they are slightly wide or close set It obviously doesnt really matter

IPD / facial width ,
but ESR is actually cope and meaningless ratio in most cases.


What actually matters is raw IPD, if you pm me picture that isn’t distorted I can tell you for sure.

Based on the ESR measurement Charlie Kirk’s eyes are way way closer then Marko Jaric’s which is obviously not true lol.

Marko Jaric has an ESR of about 0.4 ,
while Kirk has 0.38 .
Both brutal but still you get the idea.

IPD is more of a cope than ESR since your IPD will be very different depending on your bizygomatic width

yes IPD is influenced by bizygomatic,
But having low raw IPD is what actually creates the close eye look.

If you cheek bones are wide giving your low ESR but your IPD is in the normal range so 63-67mm then your eyes won’t look close .

Examples of moggers with low ESR but normal IPD are ,
Dicaprio, Alex Schlaab, Barrett and much more.
I think you can agree there eyes don’t look close (maybe Alex in some pictures tbh) but there ESRs are 0.42 and below lol, which should mean there eyes are almost marko jaric tier lol


This org user also has 0.44 ESR which is actually ideal but on the close set range of the ideal for men but still ideal,
Yet his eyes look close as his raw IPD is low.

I just use the pfl of the person and measure that

like 1.05-1-0.95 eye distance apart would be ideal (unless you have really vertically compacted eyes)

yeah he’s a good user,
But he kinda proves how ESR is complete cope lol.

The best example I have is one of maxlooksmax’s school friends but I can’t post her face here as it would be cruel ,
But essentially she has High ESR , 0.47 , yet low raw IPD and her eyes don’t look wide they look close.

It’s because her face is very narrow that she has wide ESR with low IPD,
Quite an anomaly

can’t tell from a photo it’s not a ratio it’s a measurement, like millimetres.
But you can just tell by looking if someone’s eyes are close or wide or not if you have as much autism as me,
The only ratios for the spacing of the eyes are ESR and intercanthal distance (ICD),
Which ESR is bs, but ICD does matter.


ICD is just the one eye test so testing your eyes are spaced one eye apart.

Yes but then you run into cases like this,

This guy has a wide ICD , so his eyes are more than one eye spacing apart.
BUT his eyes are clearly close set even without seeing the rest of his face.
It’s because his PFL is very low.

With eye spacing all that matters is having ideal ICD and IPD.

But I'm not using this as a hard, set in stone measurement I just use it as a guideline

If you have shit IPD you can do things to fraud your IPD to look close or wider set,


Take Zac Efron below someone with close set eyes,
His eyes look closed on the right then the left yet the spacing of his eyes is the exact same in both photos.
All that has changed is the width of his eyebrows, with them being wider on the left creating an illusion that his eyes are further spaced apart.
Having blue eyes, good eyelashes , wide lips also creates this effect , this is why Ian somerhalder and Chace Crawford survive their terrible IPD.

You can see a similar effect here but in this case his eyes look wider spaced when his nasion (the part of the nose in between the eyes) is made wider.
Once again IPD has not changed in either photo.
