no way to check without an x-ray. (and yes, they're probably closed/almost closed given ur age). teriparatide does not make long bones grow if growth plates are closed. it builds bone density in adults, but won’t increase height. talk to doc or pediatric endocrinologist.

yeah i mean i really am not concerned with hight im already 6ft luckily i could be taller but most of the things i want to fix is my bone mass in my faces

oh then all u can do is the boring usual stuff pretty much. vitamins (vitamin d and calcium especially), macros, micros, strength training, etc, to maintain existing bone mass. there could be minimal changes, but after puberty ur pretty much done. if it's rlly bad then get surgery.
