Hello everyone.

I’ve been dealing with constant neck and shoulder stiffness due to long hours at my desk and frequent stress headaches. Recently, I started looking into neck shoulder massagers, especially the electric and shiatsu-style ones, but I’m unsure which features actually make a difference.

Some claim to improve blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, and even help with sleep quality.

For those who have used one regularly, did you notice real long-term benefits or just temporary relief?

Also, are cordless and heated models worth the extra cost? I’d appreciate recommendations, personal experiences, and any tips on choosing a reliable and comfortable neck shoulder massager for everyday use.
