Serious Are sheet masks good?

Yeah just works the same as a serum essentially. If you cared about anti aging you might get a collagen mask, if you cared about acne scarring you'd use a victim c one, etc.
I think I need both hydration and collagen

Thank you!

Ghk-cu + these masks + collagen supp + good diet + good sleep + accutane = flawless skin

they will make your skin hydrated and glowy for a few hours, specially If your skin is dry, but it obviously wont build collagen, or make wrinkles/acne less noticeable

theyre nice but not much different from a regular moisturizer

they have different effects but they mostly can help with hydration & redness, however don't use them more than once or twice a week if ur just starting out to see how ur skin reacts to it & dont wash ur face after doing them, cleanse before

Are sheet masks for skin good?

Like the ones with hyaluronic acid and shit

If so, does it matter which one to buy (with specific ingredients maybe)

the ones that work well for me are always ones with collagen in them, but theyre usually gel masks that i leave on my face to dry and then peel off. but every time i use one with collagen it always repairs my skin

It can add, but not substitute a clean diet. Id recommend it though. I find that it helps a lot for me, but I would buy pure hylauronic acid (a big bottle is $40, which is uber cheap compared to cosmetic premade hylauronic serums which can run $20 for a little vial, and it lasts forever)

Hylauronic acid is present in all cells and is hydrophilic/draws in moisture.

If you are already really dehydrated it might end up making you more dry because it might also take the water from your cells. so you need electrolytes from whole foods, a moderate amount of salt (dont use cheap table salt try himalayan or a more expensive sea salt - itll last forever so its worth the money), and drink plenty of water

I do it for my day time skin care and at night i pair with vegetable glycerin + aveeno (it works similarly to HA but combined with aveeno it has a consistency like vaseline which is good for my eczema overnight)

Unfortunately topical collagen is kind of a scam, even ingesting collagen is, because its broken down into basic amino acids like any other protein. What you need is to eat stuff that helps collagen production, not directly substitute collagen

GHK-CU for collagen synthesis ?

GHK-CU for collagen synthesis ?
Yeah i heard about that one but havent taken any supplements before, probably better than supplementing collagen. Food wise I always heard cooked eggs are the best because the bioavailability is some large amount like 90% and its a complete protein

I think problem is not collagen intake but collagen synthesis

Your take on this?

Id agree

I think its why you hear vit C be recommended for skin brightening and toning because it helps with synthesis iirc
