are some peoples tongue rest naturally down rather than up?

it all depends on ur swallowing position and breathing usually. i used to rest my tongue down bc when I would swallow I would press against my lower teeth. so sure it can naturally come to happen but it would be bc you have a development issue

Most people have low tounge posture myself included I can mew better then most in my pov but even me it's hard to get the tip to position I don't mouth breathe but I'm not a full on mewer either it just depends on how developed upper and low jaw is tbh
