No one cares about the rules,
The only rules most people actually follow are
1. no nsfw
2. no gore (its part of nsfw but idc)
3. no doxxing
4. no masstags
5. no alts
Mods only ban u for these, atleast these are the only ones ive seen

Yeah these are completely allowed I constantly see masstags and multiple alts
