Are there any natural ways to shorten philtrum while being 15

Ive been told a long philtrum is my biggest issue and it sort of throws my whole face off. I need HELP

it can be masked non-surgically, like with facial hair. or if ur jaw is naturally wider it gives the illusion of a less prominent philtrum as well, but no major changes can rlly happen naturally. when ur old enough surgery might be the route tbh.

can't say for sure, but it's always best to talk to a derm about it.
