Are there any negative effects that can stay after you have bulked?

Im just wondering and i mean like bad affects not bloating/puffy face etc, that can be easily fixed in a couple of weeks. I mean real bad effects

And im not talking dirty bulk more of a 50/50 a bit clean but still some goyslop

Which side effects would you want ? I mean if during your bulk you have done cardio, there no side effects

isnt cardio bad on the bulk? if not ill def do some. Ive allways thought that u want to keep as much cals as possible when bulking

Cardio don't burn that much calories. 200-300 calories at best will be compensated quick during a bulk.

Also you need to realize that doing cardio improves the heart function, bloodflow capacity and muscle recovery, workload etc so it means you'll train even better and recover faster, so improving a better use of the bulk phase

Stairmaster for 30min will not hurt

People need to get rid of the "cardio will eat muscle/kill your gains" that's just 10 years old unproven hoax
