I think this is a context thing, most of the time it is pronounced as a accountability thing because they sometimes don't know what triggered it depending on context and or personality disorder.

In my mind i think it's 50 50, claiming a mental illness after a certain context can be seen as abuse or laziness. I noticed with me though i rarely blame shit on such but for some skills i lack i do if that makes up a small sum of what you meant explained.

I rarely believe people that claim they have a personality disorder, and i expect the same from others honestly.
