I just hit some curls with my dumbells, but it was too light so i had to get my scythe involved to total up to 20kgsXDD It seemed cool so i recorded it : D
My bicep routine atm:
2X10 regular curls
4X7-8 hammer curls
2XFailure hammer curls again but focus on the negative more and do slow.
After the workouts you can pair it with some forearm training, make sure you always be on the thin line of ego lifting and not ego lifting (high intensity), we are all gonna make it.
