the quantity of people saying it

and another but unrelated difference is how acceptable it is. When they say this, they mean that you act a certain way which means your mom didnt raise you well, so she must be the white one. Im not in control of which one of my parents are black or white, and it shouldnt be acceptable to speculate in a negative way about it.
