trimax can be performed cosmetically and it is what you need

A chin implant is not going to fix anything because your whole mandible is recessed and downswung. Genio will help a bit but you really need trimax which is lefort 1, bsso, and a genio

Grow hair out like in that morph get colored contacts and get an ethnic rhino, as well as a trimax, genio, and wraparound jaw and chin implant. Get very lean also
