Hi all, greetings from Australia. Just want to share what's worked for me to ascend. I just turned 21 and I've almost been doing this for 2 years now. I started out only being able to pull 6's now I am capable of pulling a solid 8-9 and I do get attention from 10s as well it's just not as common right now.
Okay let's cover everything to ascend thats worked for me
Diet- after trying keto, carnivore, and everything in-between I've came to realisation that the best diet for me has been low carb high protein and specifically targeting more your carbs and protein around workouts and more foods that detox and purify your body when your not active. This will have the best benefit to your gut. Well at least for me
I eat mainly Greek yoghurt, mixed berries, bananas, green tea, lean chicken mince, lamb mince, salmon, spinach, kale or silver beet depending on whats available, sourdough bread for carbs, butter, olive oil, honey, brussel sprouts, garlic, ginger and avocados.
Supplements currently taking glutathione, niacinamide, lutein, lycopene, zinc, copper, beta carotene, magnesium, chlorophyll, astraxanthin, cod liver oil, collagen peptides, nac, and beef liver. I was taking testosterone boosting supplements like shilijat but It gave me bad skin so I stopped.
Skincare. Routine is cleanse using Madagascar centella cleansing oil, tone pyungkang yul essence toner, snail mucin 95+ peptide, gold kiwi vita C + serum, Alpha arbutin 5.0 whitening cream to stop melanin production for dark spots and for moisturizer I use a cream that's got jojoba oil in it. Why jojoba? It's a natural ceramide which helps restore and maintain skin barrier. For eye area because I have dark circles I use pressed eye cream with caffeine and bakuchiol. If I'm out in sun I'll apply a hyaluronic acid watery sun gel by instree. Oh and forgot to mention I use tretnion, and derma roll my whole face until it starts to bleed and then I apply snail mucin to heal skin and this has worked wonders as well!!.
Hair. Since my hair is getting longer now I like to keep my scalp and hair on the more oiler side so I use black sesame oil as a deep penetrating conditioner. And as for conditioner/ shampoo and hair growth products I've found best bet is to go ones with biotin in it. Overall just see what works best for your hair. I'm quite blessed with very thick hair so I don't have to worry much.
Looksmaxxing techniques to increase appearance include
Mewing, breath work, thumbpulling, bonesmashing using hard metal spoon, extremely hot baths to mimic a sauna environment, lymphatic drainage and that's about it.
Exercise- gym gym gym, That's it but you want to focus on compound movements like Smith machine squats as they surge your testosterone quite a lot. Don't neglect cardio though and don't just focus on bulking lean is law and females will be much more interested in you if your shredded and lean. Night time walks after dinner is also important to keep metabolism high.
What am I considering next? Well I wasn't lying if I was saying mk677 other than that though not much apart from surgeries.
