I feel like when it comes to female lm compared to male lm it's more complicated, you can be pretty but because of social media people see pretty frauded women online ALL the time. A huge part of ascending as a woman is to do with your general impression on people rather than just "oh she's pretty." because majority of girls can be pretty if they buy enough makeup. These tips are more so how to stand out and leave a better impression on people, they're a bit basic but oh well.

1. Posture
Posture is especially key if you're a skinnier girl, lots of women who are low BMI look weird and skeletal if their posture is bad. Good posture also makes you look higher class than you might be and distinctive from others. Keep your back straight, your shoulders back and your pelvis very slightly backwards (this makes your waist appear smaller) , but don't overdo it to the point you look robotic. Do this sitting as well as standing, it also has health benefits.

2. Gut health
Gut health is one of the most important things for a woman and not widely talked about, a healthy gut is the base for healthy skin and a flatter stomach. Make sure to have a good amount of probiotics in your diet (my fav source is kefir, I chug some every morning and night) and water, eat slower (20mins per meal), chew more thoroughly and pair your meals with water. Having a healthy gut will also make your sweat and skin smell better overall.

3. Balancing your hormones
Another root cause of acne and a lot of other issues. Having imbalanced hormones also causes your fat distribution to stay in your stomach rather than move to your hips and chest. The biggest way women damage their hormones is through not eating enough. Calorie deficits are fine but never starvemaxx. Limit refined carbs, artificial sugars. Make sure to have a steady healthy fats intake from things such as nuts, avocado and oily fish. Research into how to slightly change your diet during each phase of your cycle. E.g. luteal requires more magnesium, less carbs. Ovulation requires more complex carbs and less sugar.

4. Manners and tone
Being bad mannered will ALWAYS make you come off as trashy and kind of gross to anyone. Make sure to always thank people, say please, don't interrupt people when talking, show respect to those significantly older than you, cover your mouth when laughing. Also being humble is needed. For the tone, you want to be soft-spoken as this is a lot more feminine and avoid using filler words such as "Like" as over using those makes you look uneducated and lowers respect. If you're eloquent, people will always see this as a sign of good manners and personality, read older literature (if you're into reading) to help with this.

5. Scent
Find a good perfume you like and that suits you as a person. I use good girl blush. A perfume itself won't do much as majority of people wear perfumes. Instead, look up the notes of the perfume you like and base your entire hygiene routine around it and buy a mist that has similar notes. Personally, I use VS velvet petals as a mist, peony-scented hygiene products (e.g. shower gels, deodorant, detergent.) and layer that with vanilla lotions. This routine also means that on days where I'm in a huge rush I can skip out on the actual perfume and still smell similar and good. My tips are: use Vaseline on the spots before spraying perfume, use mist lightly and on clothes. I also think that having curated routines for showers (or even diet, really) will overall make you feel better about yourself.

Hope this helps even though its pretty basic information, just thought I'd share. :ayaya:
