Hi, this won't even be a proper full on guide, just sort of like a small informational thread

My fertility is always one of my main priorities - and it probably should be one of yours too

Fertility is extremely important for women specifically, regardless of wether you want kids or not.
If you're fertile, you'll naturally be more attractive. Your hair will be healthier, thicker, your skin more radiant, more flushed cheeks and lips, increased estrogen, so better fat distribution, generally more plump breasts.

It's only natural you'd be more attractive to men when you're fertile, as nature wants us to reproduce.

Diet
Don't let the Internet influence you - don't avoid carbs, or sugar, and whatever you do, do not avoid fat. Obviously your fat source matters, but generally speaking, don't avoid it.

Some foods you should be eating for fertility:
- red meat
- raw cream
- eggs (whites cooked, yolks raw)
- oysters
- Butter
- wild fish
- grass fed beef
- tallow

Things you should generally be avoiding:
- Polyester
- Birth control!! ("Oh but I need to be on it for x reas-" dont care, this is talking about what's ideal, if you have medical reasoning obviously thats different)
- Synthetic perfumes
- Alcohol
- caffeine (you can have it, just limited)
- Seed oils
- undereating
- Over exersicing
- excessive stress
- ultraprocessed foods (!!!)

Other things that are generally very helpful regarding female fertility:
- Sleep, 9 - 10 hours
- keeping hands and feet warm
- red light
- cotton underwear
- grounding
- tracking your cycle
- daily sunlight, and lots of it!
- omega 3
- affection/cuddles for oxytocin
- Vitamin C
- a healthy bodyfat percentage (!!!)
- moon gazing (myth but sounds pretty)
- beepollen

Once again to avoid people bitching, no you don't "have" to do anything on here, no i dont care that you cant do point 3 paragraph 5 for x reason, that's your thing, not mine, I'm not your parental figure, I don't care.

Birth control is the worst one

Side effects longer than McDonald's food ingredients

It’s ridiculous why people would wanna fuck up their natural hormones especially when there’s copper IUDs which have comparatively limited side effects

Copper IUDs literally just stop the swimmers from swimming without taking away ovulation and making you fat

Lack of education perhaps

General sex ed teaches contraception methods like it's a cute little decision. "Oh it's just a pill that blocks babies teehee" and they don't think about what it does to the body long term

Libido ruined, they don't enjoy sex life like they're supposed to, so they gangbang

Keeping hands and feet warm helps for period cramps as well

Why is this the standard for women? I’m actually so pissed bro what’s the point of birth control if sex is going to be horrible

Yeah I despise whoever created the pill, literally so destructive

They would rather destroy their organs than close their legs with patience

Such a disgusting concept, I hate how this got normalised

Literally, dont know how one can see this and decide "fuck yeah ill take that"
I mean if you don't want to get pregnant just don't have sex, or use condoms, no reason to be taking this just to be "extra sure"
Worst deciscion one could make
its to fuck without the condom and finish it in the puh, not "to be sure"

15 day long periods? Did you have that before the pills?

Also periods are not supposed to be ultra painful, maybe check if it's endometriosis

Definitely get checked for endometriosis if you haven't yet, I hope you find a solution for this, 15 days sounds quite stressful : (
