sup guys, i’ve sorta been in the /fit orbit and aware of looksmaxxing for quite some time, but ive finally decided to go all in on ascension. my face is somewhat chopped, and im 23 so there’s probably not much i can do short of surgery and postural adjustments to fix my asymmetries and faults in bone structure, but i’ve started to invest in skincare to compensate a little bit.
on the other hand, my physique’s potential is pretty decent i think. i’ve never taken anything that modulates androgens, but i did do a small bout of MK-677 around 4 years ago, im 5’10 and have peaked at around 195 lbs at around 16-18% body fat. i’ve started to get back into lifting regularly again for about a month now, and muscle memory has been doing my gains pretty well i think. but anyways, sorry for all the yapping, its nice to meet all of you and hopefully we may help each other achieve our potential :)

honestly not interested in any sort of surgery, i'd rather tank bad face and compensate with physique and charismamaxxing, its been somewhat effective up to this point, so ill stay chopped and accept what gains i can get via skincare, physique, and haircare, and other miscellaneous biohacking stuff

just grow your hair out and use a gentle foaming cleanser with salicylic acid and use a serum with niacinamide

My long hair looks fucked, i tried that method before when I was reasonably big. but thanks! i do have some products i been using with those

Noted, I do plan to lean out a bit, I'm sorta doing a recomp rn, once i have satisfactory muscle mass, I'll do a cut

i also understand my eye area is mostly fucked by bone structure overall, but ive started to employ adapalene, vitamin c, and caffeine to reduce the wrinkles and hyperpigmentation, which i also fear might be sun damage, down the line i may look into peptides if OTC can't give any gains in a reasonable time frame. adapalene and SA are the actives for the sebaceous filaments i have on my nose
 
your good bro, only thing that i would consider as a "failo" is your orbital bone structure, not really sure how to fix that except for restoring volume, improving posture, and stimulating collagen. skin is good, i think the caffeine might be making it worse if you continue ngl. phisique is decent, just focus more on the pecs. ik it might be hard being in the 200's but its what you should work on as of rn. i think your hair is good man, dont change it. on a psl scale your face would be around a 6/10 which in these communities is close to a HTN which is great for looksmaxxing

thanks brother, my zygos are definitely my weakest point, in that sense its over for me without surgery due to years of side sleeping and bad posture. for now, i'm just gonna focus on skin and try to start backsleeping with mouth tape to mitigate anything worsening. probably gonna get some mastic gum again soon to keep developing jawline and tongue posture a bit better. mewing is probably the one thing i have applied over a long period and have seen very good results with. was looking into collagen supplementation soon too, skin science is something im pretty clueless in relative to lifting stuff. and yea, i actually just added the adapalene, caffeine and vitamin c into the routine very recently, gauging to see how i react because im beginning to think a bit of the dark circles are due to sun damage, so i might pivot more into anti age peptides down the line. chest and lats are definitely my hard targets in the gym, they take the longest for me by far, but however im going about training now is doing something right bc my chest looks even better than it did even when i was about 15-20 lbs heavier. hair i will indeed keep pretty similar besides maybe growing the back out a bit more with some random products to boost its health, thanks for pointing that out, hairstyle is always something i been unsure of

typo on my part, i meant belly sleeper with neck to the side, which is definitely suboptimal. is that unironically true tho? i've always thought that head on pillow with neutral neck and gravity on back of head was optimal
