Most East Asians don’t but plenty of Japanese and Chinese do. Koreans mainly don’t but some do. This is because East Asians have dry earwax, which causes little to no body odor. I’ve got dry earwax too but I’m Pakistani.

No, that’s what I’m saying. Now don’t judge me for what I’m about to confess to but a few years ago I hadn’t showered for six months (I was depressed don’t come at me pls) and when I told my friends they were like “wtf but you didn’t even stink?” They were really surprised.

It’s very uncommon for non-East Asians to have dry earwax. Look at this table:

A quarter of Japanese people don’t have dry earwax. Therefore, AstroSky is lucky his girlfriend belongs to the 75% and not the 25%. That said, some people online with dry earwax claim that they still smell bad. I don’t know if they actually have it or just seem to think that they do.
