It depends on your goals, your body biology (some genetically recover faster), whether or not you take PEDs

But generally it’s not about how many times per week rather how many sets per week for muscle group

Generally smaller muscle groups (delts, traps, biceps, triceps, forearms, neck, calves) can handle more volume than bigger ones (chest, back, quads, hamstrings, glutes)

I’d say 3-6 times per week is good, if you train more often then your workouts will be easier, if you train less often, then make workouts harder (more sets, going to failure)

1) legs are bigger muscle group, requires more CNS resources, blood flow, etc
2) when you train legs usually you also train other muscle groups like core, lower back (if you are doing squats for example)

You would use DNP, don’t eat, run whole day you’ll probably, keeping your body cool with air conditioner or a fan (or both)

You could get to 11000 calories deficit per day if you don’t eat and skyrocket your metabolism doing a shit ton of cardio

This would be around 77000 burnt per week which is about 10kg of pure fat

But you’ll probably permanently fuck your health doing that

If you're main goal is to put on muscle

Its recommend to hit the specific body part 2x a week

I usually do pull, push, legs, rest, upper, lower, rest

You should train legs too trust me you wont regret it later

Cardarine is good for cutting, will improve lipid profile, insulin sensitivity, endurance and body will utilize fat as fuel better

I would be careful with taking BPC-157, but GHK-CU is very good for skin quality

If you cut them your body will convert protein to glucose in your liver, this process is called gluconeogenesis

And your body will use ketones for your brain more as energy source

I dont drink any kind of alcohol tbh only on occasions
