Depends on what you define as tone

35 is high rep range but it would beg enough to trigger hypertrophy if its close to failure

hard but not impossible

You would use DNP, don’t eat, run whole day you’ll probably, keeping your body cool with air conditioner or a fan (or both)

You could get to 11000 calories deficit per day if you don’t eat and skyrocket your metabolism doing a shit ton of cardio

This would be around 77000 burnt per week which is about 10kg of pure fat

But you’ll probably permanently fuck your health doing that
Then I will stick to losing it normally 😔 will probably take 2 months or something

Well, rice is just pure carbs no vitamins no nothing but it’s a high glycemic carb which is good to have near your workouts

Potatoes are the lowest calorie and the best for cutting out of these 3

Banana same as rice but more nutrients

It also depends on how you digest these products it’s very individual

But a lot of this mass would be fat

You want to gain mostly muscle?

Then the only fast way would be SARMs/AAS and hard ass fucking training

My insane bulking food was boiled white rice, blended beef (BlendedBlade), egg yolks, and all this mixed together 💀

But overall you can even bulk on fast food (not recommended, but calories are calories)

Yeah i already eat all of those but idk im a natrual lean guy so i kinda just look like a young david laid (obviously not with his great ass genetics just similar enough for people to notice) after 200 days of training i thought i would have gained like 30-40 pounds probably only gained 10-15 and im at like 2000-2500 cals everyday looks like ill just shove mass gainer down my throat

I was seriously considering that do you know where I could buy it?

And stay safe while i do it i heard it rises insulin up + joint pain idc anymore though i only have 1-2 years left for RASP

There are a lot of Sarms grey area websites usually you buy it from there (it’s legal)

Men’s reward for training legs is lower and also men usually train much harder (and training legs to failure is hell)

Or efficient as in most mass in shortest amount of time ?

Also dirty bulking as in very high calorie surplus or just normal surplus but dirty food (like fast food, candies)
