You can be born with the highest biological IQ on the world but be born in a fucked up tribe in the middle of Africa.
You can be a Chad but be born poor and have shit mental health and opportunities.
If it is worthy or not depends more on asserting your position to the world and concluding what brings you more success now. It may be better to do something other then looksmaxing, even if it is an improvement

Do a proper deep research on the topic learning the mistakes that most people who undergo surgery do.
Find a proper surgeon.
Get your surgery focusing on ratio rather then traits.
He cannot become chad just from surgeries
Chad is genetics and upbringing
A mtn cannot become chad from 10+ surgeries/fillers
