Assimetry destroy me

I am ugly because of huge assimetry on right side..
I did a scan and The whole side have smaller bone mass
As a result as you see
Eye more nct/ downturned and skin more loose
Right Lip corner down
Lower third smaller
Cheekbones can t be seen as in left
