has anyone tried physically cutting out theyre gyno at home. My gyno is at an all time high right now and looks repulsive, i live in a country where AIs are heavily restricted so thats out of the picture unless i get it prescribed (highly unlikely).

You will fuck it up though. Even the logistics would be ridiculously complicated. You'd need someone else to do it 0% chance you're pulling that shit off yourself due to positioning. On top of that, you'd need that person to be trustworthy and knowledgeable on anatomy.
