I finished Invisalign about a year ago and started before I realized that my palate was narrow. I wasn't given an expander because I was "average" down to a tenth of a mm (35.6mm). I can barely breathe when the back of my tongue is touching the roof of my mouth, My tongue is way too big for my palate, and because I have Invisalign I need to wear nightly, I can't even naturally expand my palate because It will hold my palate where it is. How can I expand my palate 10-15mm with Invisalign and at home? My parent's won't let me ask my ortho because "they look fine", so I need to do this one by myself.
