If you’re 14 just live your life. In terms of looksmaxxing advice make sure you maximize diet and lifestyle and keep hair and skin good, that’s enough for your age. And stay lean ofc.

The most important thing at that age is height maxxing but I’m not too knowledgeable about it. I think HGH may cause ogre facial features if you don’t actually have a deficiency so may not be a good option to take it.

Don’t hop on roids and do some retarded shit like most teens here do. If I were you I’d get a job soon and try get surgery as soon as I turn 18 before uni but make sure you research it carefully
