Skin and texture first. A solid skin base makes everything look better. Invest in consistent skincare and consider a dermatologist-led treatment, like lasers or chemical peels, before major surgery.

Facial feature refinement is key. If there's a specific feature you really dislike, such as a nose hump or a weak chin, start with that.

Use minimal filler for now. Try less-invasive filler options first to see how you feel about the enhancement before committing to permanent surgery.

Lifestyle and confidence matter too. The “High-Tier” aspect means you need to embody the look. Posture, style, and attitude are essential. Surgery alone will not create “High-Tier” status if the other elements are not in place.

I don’t know if you’ve seen a celebrities skin up close but they literally glimmer. Nothing wrong with your base it just looks a little dull. Might the the lighting you took those photos in.

I’d recommend anyone to start with improving their skin. It’s nothing personal. I’m not saying yours is bad.
