Nah because I'm 73 years old coming up on 74 and I'm still slaying these grannies. They can't get off me. Thanks to your advice I still got my hair from the fin and minox and I stay lean year round.

chronological age is just the number of days since you were born, biological age is the actual physiological state of cells and tissues,depends on a few factors {telomere length, dna methylation clock etc}, two people might have the same chronological age,but one looks and performs very younger

That’s why u can be 18 but biological age if someone were to find u and try to estimate ur age through ur body health etc it would be either younger or older
