“At least” sounds demeaning- you are saying that as if 100% of atheist don’t research about it

And yes if they ask one of the several fundamental questions that the bible doesn’t have a strict answer for then it is a reasonable question to ask… wether they thought about it themselves or found out about it on the internet the questions meaning is still the same


Going back to your example- why does a baby need to be baptized (on a infinite scale of the universe it doesn’t matter at all)

Even tho I’m not an atheist that’s not rlly a dumb shower thought.The problem of evil pretty sure was talked about by Epicurus,but it’s countered by the freewill argument.However if you don’t believe in a humanistic approach of psychology then freewill is dismantled and seen as rlly an illusion.Its not clear cut atheist = dumb,more of a matter of belief.Unbaptized baby is more a critic about Christianity which isn’t the only faith that believes in God.Sometimes tho I see takes which show a lack of research of any religion,I see it allot with diets here tbh especially with Islam bcs like they hate it (idc if u do but atleast know what u r hating)
